Terms of service
Effective September 5, 2026
Using the service
Wi-Fi Master Planner helps you prepare floor plans, collect Android Wi-Fi measurements, and analyze surveys. Use an accurate account identity and keep your sign-in details secure. You are responsible for activity you authorize under your account and for collaborators you invite.
Your content and authority
You retain your rights to uploaded content. You give us permission to store and process it to provide the service. Upload plans and survey locations only when you have the necessary permission. Do not use the service for unlawful surveillance, unauthorized access, interference, security bypass, or infringement of another person’s rights.
Diagnostic limitations
Radio conditions change. Measurements describe the time and position where they were collected; interpolated views are estimates. Unmeasured areas are not proof of coverage. The service does not guarantee throughput, uninterrupted connectivity, emergency communications, or suitability for safety-critical use. Android permissions and scan limits affect availability.
Access
Access is available by invitation. The current service does not collect payments.
Account closure and content
You can request deletion from Account. Resolve ownership of shared projects before deleting a sole-owner account. Export any data you need before deletion. We may restrict access to protect the service or enforce these terms, subject to applicable law.
Availability and responsibility
We work to maintain the service, but cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Keep copies of important source plans and exported results. These terms do not exclude rights or remedies that applicable law does not allow us to exclude. Contact support about service or billing concerns.
