Account and data deletion

Request deletion
Sign in on the web and open Account, or open Account & privacy in the Android app. Choose Request complete account deletion and confirm. Contact the service owner for identity verification if you cannot sign in.
Project owners
If you are the last owner of a shared project, transfer ownership to another member before requesting deletion. You may explicitly remove projects where you are the only member. Cancel paid subscriptions in Billing first. An ownership warning leaves your account available so you can resolve it.
What happens next
An accepted request revokes active sessions and schedules server deletion after seven days. The requesting Android device removes only that account’s local survey records. Other accounts on the device are unaffected. The server removes your surveys and anonymizes your account; shared project information may remain for other members.
Retained records
Limited billing, security, and deletion records may remain for legal obligations and disputes. Downloadable reports expire after seven days. Contact support about cancellation of a pending deletion request during the grace period.
