Accounts and assignments
Create a free account or sign in. Your project owner manages invitations and survey assignments on the web. Refresh Assigned work after a floor or membership changes.
Wi-Fi permissions
On Android, enable Wi-Fi and Location services, then grant the permissions requested when opening diagnostics. Android can temporarily throttle scans. Wait before trying again; cached results are labelled and are not saved as fresh measurements.
Floor plans and offline work
Use PNG or JPEG images for Android surveys. Open a survey online once to download its floor and assignment information. Keep the app installed while work is waiting to sync. Sign in to the same account to recover its saved work.
Account and privacy
Open Account to request deletion. Contact the service owner for account recovery. Do not send passwords or private floor plans.
